About Us

CORE TEAM

Amit Bali an avid foodie and brain behind the business founded the company in 2020 & overviews all departments with keen interest in creating new concepts and models of kitchen. An ISB Graduate and engineer by education have analytical approach to bring unique propositions on table for the customers. Travelling across country and abroad during his professional career in MNC for 9 long years the love of authentic and local food has only grown on him shaping the Vision & Mission of company.

Ishan working closely as investor partner in the company brings wealth of experience and insight in running big ticket operations. MBA Graduate from SYMBIOSIS Institute in year 2007 has since worked as banker for 3 years before making his switch to entrepreneurial journey in fields of manufacturing, refining and supply chain industry. Actively working as spearhead of company handling multiple portfolios in J&K region has keen interest in new business opportunities owing to which recently partnered with RHIKE SERVICES to venture into F&B sector..

Bali’s Bistro:

Balis bistro is amalgamation of our philosophy and serves food from all brands under one roof. Jaisa Mood Waisa Food is the USP of this specialty café where we cook and serve foods for all your moods Regional specials in main course, Chinese for your street food cravings, Kathi Rolls with original tandoori fillings, Egg specilaities from Mumbai and regular egg dishes for breakfast to dinner along with Tandoori specials and fusion dishes like Naan tacos and Pockets. Also the Foodtech allows to cook all the dishes in house with standard recipes hence, the model can be structures as full fledges café or Express take away in Food Court.

EGGY:

EGGY is one of its kind quick service restaurant specially focused on EGGterians and healthy options in Delhi NCR which conceptualizes and celebrates the various forms of this humble ingredient EGG. We serve egg in desi and global dishes cuisine and many more in house created specialties influenced heavily from Gujarat and Mumbai where need for different dishes is prominent due to fast moving trend of not eating NON Vegeterian. We prepare quick recipes of Omelettes and Fried eggs along with some twist in preparation. Along with these unique cheesy curries, international dishes Shukshuka, Rolls, Biryani & Pulao, fried rice along with special Chinese Snacks of eggs are prepared. From breakfast to 3 course meals comprising only of Egg can be relished at EGGY.

BOMCHI:

BOMCHI Celebrates Indian Chinese with aplomb and not the Punjabi Chinese but Bombay style Chinese where flavours are more strong and aromatic with use of special blend of spices and masale. Regular soups, rice & noodles, fried items, triple fried rice, Chinese bhel and other some serious distinguished items are part of menu with some healthy additions of dishes cooked with steamed chicken

CHICKENKAARI:

There is complete CHICKEN KI KALAKAARI served under CHICKENKAARI which is Chicken Only QSR promoting mix of Punjabi and Ahmadabadi TAWA FRY cuisines with a twist of our special flavours and tawa biryani. From tawa fry to dilli ka korma, Makhni chicken to lemon pepper and few international flavours like peri peri and Lebanese.

KASHURSAAL:

An amalgamation of History, Culture and tradition of Kashmiri Community - We are not only serving Kashmiri food but developing an ecosystem for community by participating and organizing special events for long forgotten special rituals and events. In addition to specialized Kashmiri food we also provide long forgotten recipes as per seasonal provisions with same enthusiasm and zeal.

With growing cosmopolitan culture in cities and each Metro becoming melting pot of cuisines from various regions of country, the team felt enough representation of Kashmiri cuisine is not showcased like for Gujarati, South Indian, and Rajasthani. With this aim in mind THE KASHURSAAL was born as take away kitchen & restaurant./p>
